Krav Maga

Krav Maga is the hand-to-hand combat system of the Israeli Defence Forces and special forces. It has been adopted by military units and specialised police units throughout the world. It is the most effective and dynamic self-defense system in use today.

Unlike traditional martial arts, Krav Maga is design to provide students with a high level of proficiency in hand-to-hand combat defense against weapons and prevail against attackers in a short time period. Rapid Krav Maga is a superb self-defense system for men, women and young people.

Krav Maga is regarded as one of the most realistic and exciting self-defence systems in the world. Unlike traditional martial arts,Rapid Krav Maga is designed to provide students with realistic self-defence skills in a very short space of time.

Classes are informal and good fun. Beginners are always welcome! Private lessons are available.
